Purpose of the Company
The Blue Building Environmental Organisation Ltd.'s Nature of Business is: Activities of other membership organisations not elsewhere classified.
The company's objective is that, taking into account sound commercial management, the highest possible distribution of profits should be used for three separate environmental projects worldwide. In addition, there are the membership fees which, after deduction of the running costs in the individual countries, are divided as follows:

one third of the money will be used for an environmental laboratory, environmental projects and products,

one third will be used as a disaster fund to provide rapid assistance in emergencies worldwide,
-
one third will be used to award an International Environmental Prize, as well as for publishing up-to-date environmental reports and education; directly or via the internet.
The Blue Building Environmental Organisation works independently, always in the interest of our environment and after consultation with the relevant government, resident companies and people neutrally and with a focus on finding solutions to change our environment in a sustainable and best possible way.
The Blue Building Environmental Organisation is an independent company that primarily pursues a positive change in our environment; not with words but with deeds. Profits or the income from membership fees of the company (after deduction of running costs) may only be used for the aforementioned purposes with the aim of sustainably protecting our environment.
No person shall be favoured by expenses that are not related to the purpose of the enterprise or by disproportionately high remuneration. It is envisaged that the use of the funds will be verified by a tax office and published regularly. In addition, independent auditors or tax consultants will regularly and also unannounced review the use of funds of the individual offices worldwide.
The management will be advised by the Advisory Board, the Technical Advisory Board and the Commercial Advisory Board. Furthermore, a Members Council will be established to advise the Advisory Board on membership matters and to advocate for the interests of members worldwide.
The Blue Building Environmental Organisation's objective is also to promote strategic corporate planning that results in social, cultural, technological as well as sustainable development for the benefit of our environment in industry, trade and services as well as for all people.

Concept. Furthermore, the Blue Building Environmental Organisation promotes research and development work, combined with scientifically based practical environmental protection measures.
The purpose of the Blue Building Environmental Organisation is to motivate people worldwide, regardless of their nationality, culture, religion or health, to be active for the environment. To this purpose, environmental prizes are awarded annually. Learning and teaching, cooperating and growing, with clear-sightedness and insight, inspired with the awareness to improve our environment together.

Advantages of the Membership
The Blue Building Environmental Organisation is a Limited company whose members are individuals and companies, regardless of nationality, culture, religion or health.
The registered Blue Building Environmental Organisation member receives access to various information pages on the Blue Building Environmental Organisation homepage under the heading 'Members-Login'. After successful registration, the member receives a confirmation e-mail. After receipt, the member can log in to the password-protected areas on the homepage.
As a Blue Building Environmental Organisation member you support the Blue Building Environmental Organisation with the projects listed below and have access to the following information:

Active environmental protection for nature and living beings;

Environmental prizes are awarded around the world; suggestions by members are welcome and will also be considered;

The Blue Building Environmental Organisation Lime Award is awarded. Again, suggestions from members are welcome and will be considered. The Blue Building Environmental Organisation Lime Award is a negative prize awarded in 3 different categories:
a) For companies that knowingly and repeatedly damage our environment;
b) For press/journalists who publish false reports about the environment;
c) For people in public life who put lobbying and their own benefit above environmental protection and/or make false promises about environmental protection plans.
4. Awarding of honorary memberships;
5. Photos/drawings for free use by members;
6. Worldwide cooperation of Blue Building Environmental Organisation members and partner companies; exchange of relevant
information (technical and practical) via Internet
7. Promoting ecological projects and the use of our Blue Building technologies in disaster management;
8. Dissemination information on important issues concerning our environment;
9. Realisation of research and development projects for practice-oriented pilot plants;
10. Operating and continuously expanding an environmental laboratory to conduct its own research and optimise pilot plants
11. Jobs are created in certain countries according to an economically viable system;
12. Practical tips for relieving the burden on our environment in the daily use of resources;
13. Platform for the exchange of technical information as problem solutions for craftsmen;
14. Information from everyday life on topics such as healthy foods and lifestyles

Art. 4
Promotions for new Members
For promotional purposes, Blue Building Environmental Organisation shall publish special offers for new members at regular intervals. The General Terms and Conditions shall apply to these special offers.

Art. 5
Membership
Companies and individuals of all nationalities can become members.
The Blue Building Environmental Organisation decides on the acceptance of a member (be it a private person or a company). A rejection can be made without specifying a reason. Nevertheless, reasons for rejecting a membership application may be:
- Questionable identity and registration under a false name (self-given artist names or pseudonyms)
- Suspicion of a Competitor
- New registration of a member previously terminated by Blue Building Environmental Organisation
In the event of infringements, the Blue Building Environmental Organisation reserves the right to take legal action.
Membership shall commence on the date of acceptance of the membership application by Blue Building Environmental Organisation. Blue Building Environmental Organisation shall decide on the acceptance of a member after receipt of the written registration. In the case of minors, the online application for membership must be completed under the supervision of a legal representative.
Membership for children is free until the age of 16, after which membership converts to Silver Membership. The minimum age for Golden or Blue membership is 16 years. The fees for Golden and Blue Membership can be found on the Blue Building Environmental Organisation website on:

The protection of children's data is very important in the online area. The use of Blue Building Environmental Organisation services by minors is only permitted with the prior consent or approval of a parent or guardian. Blue Building Environmental Organisation does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Should a parent or guardian become aware that their child has provided Blue Building Environmental Organisation with personal data without their consent, they may contact the Blue Building Environmental Organisation Administration Office at info(at)bluebuilding.uk and, if necessary, terminate the membership of the minor member concerned.
Withdrawal is possible at any time and does not require a written declaration.
The billing agreement with PayPal can be terminated or changed at any time by the member by logging into their PayPal account and following the steps described there. In the event of non-payment of the minimum monthly fee of the corresponding status, the member will be given access to the restricted services for silver status members.
Membership shall end through:
a. the death of the member (in this case Blue Building Environmental Organisation asks for appropriate notification in order to terminate the membership at the earliest possible date).
b. exclusion, which shall take place with immediate effect if the conduct of a member grossly damages the reputation of Blue Building Environmental Organisation, in particular if the member culpably violates the rules of procedure and the interests of the company. Blue Building Environmental Organisation shall decide on the exclusion
c. company closure

The resigned or expelled member has no claims against the company.

Art. 6
Management / Founder
The General Director is responsible for all measures and actions of the ordinary course of business. The Blue Building Environmental Organisation is represented judicially and extrajudicially, in particular vis-à-vis government authorities and business organisations, by the General Director.

Art. 7
Blue Building Environmental Organisation Advisory Board
The Advisory Board consists international members who together advise and support the founders of Blue Building Environmental Organisation in various environmental matters in the technical and commercial areas. The member of the Blue Building Environmental Organisation Advisory Board must be a Blue Building Environmental Organisation member. He supports the company on a voluntary basis, whereby only previously agreed costs of the member are covered by Blue Building Environmental Organisation. The member of the Advisory Board is a permanent member who has concluded a separate consultancy contract with Blue Building Environmental Organisation.

Art. 8
Blue Building Environmental Organisation Members Council
Blue Building Environmental Organisation will appoint an internationally operating Members' Council. This council will advise the founders and the advisory board on the use of funds in the respective country.
Similar to an election, all current members can decide on the future council members. These members must be of full legal capacity. This Members' Council will have a say in the use of the funds and will make suggestions to the Advisory Board on how to use them and manage the use of the funds in the individual partner countries in cooperation with tax advisors or auditors/lawyers.
Any member can apply for the Members' Council on the condition that they are resident in the respective country, are at least 18 years old and are willing to attend the annual Members' Council meetings. The application can be submitted online and should not exceed one DIN A4 page. The two applicants with the most votes will automatically become members of the Members' Council. Each member has one vote.
Elections shall be conducted online.

Art. 9
Membership Fee
Membership fees are set at different levels depending on the country. Without providing a valid reason, refunds cannot be granted. The decision to grant a refund is the discretion of the Blue Building Environmental Organisation and will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Discounts are not granted.
